We get questions about carriers pretty frequently. Many ask to have carriers added, which is really easy to do (if you are reading this and your carrier is not listed, email support@txtsignal.com).
However, sometimes we will not add a carrier if we can not verify the quality of the message. Typically, we will work with clients to test new carriers and verify that they are receiving the message with a reliable level of quality.
Also, we aren’t able to add certain carriers, if they do not publish their messaging protocols. No published protocol = can not add carrier.
